What is PPS Commerce payment gateway?
The PPS Commerce is an online payment gateway that allows anyone with internet access and a computer to process credit cards without the large investments of equipment. Totally web based means that once your approved and have a username and password you can easily accept payments as quickly as checking your webmail!.
How it works?
PPS Commerce acts just like a terminal and connects to the credit card processors. When a payment is processed it goes out to the processor for approval. When it comes back it lets you know with a reciept whether it approved or declined. Then it places that transaction into the current batch which is viewable inside the gateway. You then can either manually close the batch or have it auto close everyday.
Process Credit Cards
Accept all major forms of credit cards through the virtual terminal. Either through hand keyed entry or an optional usb card swiper.
Refund/Void Credit Cards
Refund a transaction is as easy as the sale! You ca look your transaction up through your Transactions Reports or your Current Batch. Selec the one you would like to refund or void, then press a button!
View Transaction Reports
Run reports on your transactions by date, approved/declined, void, refund, transaction amount, user, card holder, auth code, invoice number, PO Number, Customer ID, and even Batch Number!
Add Users
Having more than one user in PPS Commerce is free and easy. Simply click add user, give them the rights you would like them to have and create! There is no limit to the number of users.
Batches
View current batches and closed batches in summary or in detail.
